We deploy permanent capital into durable assets across real estate, operating businesses, and select franchise platforms where disciplined ownership and operational excellence create long-term value.

We do not manage outside capital. We invest our own.

We invest only when three conditions exist:

• Durable, recurring demand
• Operational control or meaningful influence
• Strong downside protection with operational upside

If those conditions are absent, we pass.
