Prior to his business career, Doug distinguished himself as an athlete, winning the Texas State Basketball Championship with Eastwood High School in 1976. Jessica Truly is the Firm Administrator for The Rutter Organization, Inc., where she is responsible for directing daily operations, strengthening internal processes, and supporting the firm’s long‑term strategic initiatives. She brings a strong analytical foundation to her role, grounded in her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from New Mexico State University.
Her academic training in financial management, organizational systems, and operational analysis continues to inform her approach to efficiency, resource planning, and firmwide coordination.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jessica relocated to El Paso in 1995 and has since built a career distinguished by steady advancement and operational leadership. She joined The Rutter Organization in 2016 and progressed from Administrative Assistant to Firm Administrator, a trajectory that reflects her professional discipline, commitment to organizational excellence, and ability to apply her finance background to complex administrative and operational functions.
In addition to her responsibilities within the firm, Jessica remains active in the community and is a dedicated parent. She coaches her children’s softball and t‑ball teams, promoting teamwork, accountability, and discipline—principles that align closely with her leadership philosophy at The Rutter Organization.
