DOUGLAS L RUTTER
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/PRESIDENT
Doug was born in Kansas but raised in El Paso. He attended Eastwood High School where he was a member of the 1976 Texas State Basketball Championship team. He graduated with a BBA-Finance and Accounting from UTEP while working as a Senior Analyst at El Paso Natural Gas Co. He founded The Rutter Organization in 1988. Today, it ts is a holding company that owns a diverse portfolio of assets and operating entities In real estate, financial services and other investments. Doug sits on several boards, including the Recovery Alliance of El Paso. A family man, Doug is proud to call El Paso home and UTEP his alma mater.
JESSICA TRULY
ADMINISTRATOR
A native of Albuquerque New Mexico, Jessica moved with her family to El Paso in 1995. She attended New Mexico State University, and received her BBA while working for the Rutter Organization starting in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. As the company expanded, Jessica advanced to become our company Administrator. She oversees the company’s real estate portfolio. Jessica and her husband have two children which keep her busy during her free time. Mostly coaching and playing softball and t-ball.
